Facilities:
With more than 1.500 meters divided in 3 floors, we have a workshop, store room and office, as well as private parking and leisure area. These facilities are located in the historic centre of Morón at less than 50 meters from its three main monuments, the San Miguel Church, Paseo del Gallo and the ruins of the Arabic castle.

Machinery:
We have spent years renewing the majority of the machines, today this task is complete and this has had effect on the finalising of the products, as all the seams are carried out with automated machines and the cuts with precision machinery. Despite counting on the best machinery on the market, we are still attentive of any updates and the company policy is orientated towards constant modernization in order to carry on offering the best product.

Management of orders:
The management organisational chart allows us at any given moment, control of the stock, period of production and service. It is for this reason clients are informed in situ of the dispatch time which usually oscillates between one and three weeks.

Sample collection:
The world of masculine flamenco is usually classical, without renouncing this "Acosta" is always innovating, for which reason each season a number of new products come out of our factory, as part of our time is employed in the design and development of new models and materials.

"Acosta" brand:
Today the majority of flamenco braces on the market are the brand "Acosta" and an important part of store brands are also made in our factory. They are commercialised in countries where the flamenco world is present, although above all, throughout Spain and the Southern France. The guarantee of the product which carries our name is after decades our best business card and this means that there is high degree of fidelity from final clients.

Environment:
As well as using recyclable materials in all products and display cases, we have managed to reduce the acoustic contamination of the machines and use homologated glues and dissolvents, as well as extractors for the smells that these produce.
